COUNTY MARKET STORE MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
• Manage inventory levels, including ordering and stocking products to meet customer demand.
• Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive team environment and enhancing employee performance.
• Utilize POS systems for accurate sales transactions and cash management.
• Implement marketing strategies to promote store offerings and drive sales growth.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
