This position provides administrative support to a Commissioner.
- Coordinate Commissioner's schedule.
- Provide administrative support.
- Maintain and enhance public image.
- Handle phone calls and provide service to the general public.
- Attend events and functions on the Commissioner's behalf.
- Speak with press.
- Plan and organize functions or events.
- Maintain and update electronic and paper files.
- Perform other duties, tasks and special projects, as required.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Five years of job-related experience.
- Experience dealing with and handling the public.
