Position Overview : The Assistant Member Services Manager is responsible for maintaining and supporting CRL members in accordance with CRL best practices. The role involves coordinating resources and serving as a liaison to resolve member issues and implement solutions. It encompasses managing all facets of communication and marketing to members, including content management, internal and external communications, information dissemination, social media, advertising, press releases, and media requests. Additionally, the member services manager supports the executive director in achieving the company’s strategic goals.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
Member Services :
- Creates and implements strategic communication plans to effectively achieve communication objectives.
- Collaborates and participates to ensure successful Board Meetings, CRL Pool Board Governance Conferences, Member Board Meetings, and Committee Meetings.
- Organizes member events, webinars and meetings to educate, and enhance member engagement and member satisfaction.
- Develops and implements member retention strategies to ensure high service standards, monitors the results of the strategies and ensures ongoing success.
- Facilitates in member escalations, inquiries, and coordination of services and vendors.
- Creates, oversees, and schedules the onboarding process of new members and / or their staff members.
- Contributes to the creation of teaching materials, handouts, news releases, pamphlets, and brochures.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred. Property and Casualty license, Chartered Property Casualty Underwriting license, Associate in Reinsurance preferred.
Experience
Seven (7) years of property / casualty reinsurance and / or property / casualty insurance experience required.
