What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Payroll Manager position at Course?
The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives, working in a very small HR department. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. Additional responsibility for directly managing payroll and benefits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
- Must have direct hands-on experience in payroll administration---it MUST be current or very recent.
- 5 years' experience in Human Resources working in a very small HR department with at least 3 years of experience as the formal HR Manager without managers reporting to you.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with very high emotional intelligence (EQ).
- Must be strong in diplomacy, persuasion, and de-escalation.
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees.
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and calming skills.
- Attention to detail and good judgement.
Salary : $100,000 - $125,000
