Job Summary :
We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and oversee maintenance operations in an industrial manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience managing maintenance teams, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring optimal plant performance. Plastics manufacturing experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities :
Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and training.
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery, electrical systems, and facility infrastructure.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize equipment performance.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and manage spare parts inventory.
Assist in capital projects, equipment installations, and process improvements.
Qualifications :
5 years of maintenance experience in an industrial / manufacturing setting.
3 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Experience with CMMS systems, PLC troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance programs.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Plastics manufacturing experience is a plus.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
