What You’ll Do:
- Sales Excellence:
- Own revenue generation across Rooms, Food & Beverage, Meeting Space, and auxiliary services.
- Proactively solicit and secure new business while nurturing existing corporate accounts.
- Coordinate and detail meeting space, events, and food & beverage services, ensuring every client experience is flawless.
Meeting Space Management:
- Promote and sell the hotel’s flexible meeting spaces for corporate events, social gatherings, and more.
- Partner with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions for seamless events.
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure flawless execution of meetings and events, exceeding guest expectations.
Revenue Optimization:
- Analyze market trends and industry data to strategically manage room, catering, and meeting space pricing.
- Use advanced yield processes to maximize profitability and secure the right mix of business.
Technical Expertise:
- Harness sales tools like Hoteligence® and CI/TY to forecast and track business trends.
- Maintain meticulous documentation and leverage market intelligence to stay ahead.
Guest Service Champion:
- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing needs promptly and professionally.
- Build trust through follow-ups and personalized interactions to encourage repeat business.
Leadership and Training:
- Stay updated on industry best practices and CSM training policies.
- Share your knowledge and foster a collaborative, growth-oriented work environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of sales experience in a full-service hotel or similar setting.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to sell and manage meeting space, catering, and events.
- Adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Education:
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
- Technical Acumen:
- Familiarity with CI/TY, Hoteligence®, and market intelligence tools is a plus.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 20 pounds occasionally.
