Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Associate to join our team in our Marriott Bistro. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer service and a strong background in the food industry as a bartender, server, food handler. As a Bistro Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
- Prepare and serve cocktails according to menu specs and requirement.
- Assist in food preparation and presentation to ensure high-quality standards are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and serving stations.
- Follow food safety protocols to guarantee the health and safety of all guests.
- Support bartending duties as needed, including mixing drinks and serving beverages.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to prepare and ensure timely delivery of food orders.
- Handle any guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, particularly in roles related to customer service or food preparation.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and practices is essential.
- Experience in catering or restaurant environments is a plus!
- Bartending experience is beneficial but not required; willingness to learn is key.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential for success in this role.
