Job Overview
We seek a highly organized and personable Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for customers and will provide essential administrative support to the production team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, take messages, and assist with customer callbacks
- Present customization menu to customers and accurately record requests
- Review home orders from missing selections and custom items needing attention
- Create home order review documents and update the production team bi-weekly
- Assist with general office tasks and maintain organized records
- Review list of customers that have not made home selections and send out reminders
- Communicate list of customers that need to be sent in for home selections
- Follow-up with trade partners assigned to warranty claims to facilitate and close claims
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, and documents)
