Job Overview
As an Onboarding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless transition for new employees into the organization. You will be responsible for overseeing the onboarding process, from recruitment to orientation, to ensure new hires feel welcomed and prepared for their roles.
Duties
- Coordinate and execute the onboarding process for new employees
- Conduct research to enhance onboarding procedures and tools
- Run and facilitate Bi-weekly orientations
- Utilize HRIS for onboarding tasks
- Facilitate employee orientation sessions
- Manage relationships with new hires and internal stakeholders
- Conduct interviews as part of the onboarding process
- Stay updated on employment labor laws and regulations
- Collaborate with the recruitment team for technical recruiting efforts
- Implement talent management strategies to support employee growth
Skills
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with new hires and internal teams
- Proficiency in HR systems like Datis / E3 and Relias
- Experience in employee orientation and relationship management
- Strong interviewing skills to assess candidate fit
- Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
- Background in technical recruiting is a plus
- Ability to implement talent management practices for employee development

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
