The CalHEERS Program Monitoring and Oversight Branch within the Program Integrity Division is looking for a Lead to serve as a subject matter expert of the CalHEERS system and Covered California program, performing a wide variety of special projects and tasks for both the CalHEERS Performance Review Unit (CPRU) and the CalHEERS Program Testing Unit (CPTU). Our mission is to ensure the CalHEERS system is in compliance and is user friendly to those who use it.
Salary:
HPS I - $6,430 - $8,049 per month

Qualifications We’re Looking For:
- Ability to build and maintain positive and effective relationships with staff, leadership, and external partners and exhibit a high degree of professionalism and interpersonal skills, exercising open-mindedness, diplomacy, flexibility, tact, and sound judgment.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects with short-term deadlines in accordance with current laws, rules, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
- Project Management experience, specifically in relation to technology software implementation/enhancements and researching, analyzing and evaluating data and developing recommendations.
- Ability to exercise a high degree of initiative and independence of action.
