Responsibilities - Sales Associate:

• Help customers select and purchase a Motorcycle that meets their needs
• Explain and demonstrate features on test drives
• Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat and referral business
• Prospect to generate a stream of new customers
• Ensure every customer has a premium buying experience

Qualification - Sales Associate:

• Sales Experience is preferred (not required)
• Motorcycle endorsement is preferred (not required)
• Self-motivated - We look for personality, tenacity, reliability, and coachability
• Great customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer and social media skills
• A positive attitude and professional appearance
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Can lift 50 lbs. and comfortable learning to move heavy weight Harley-Davidson Motorcycles
