POSITION SUMMARY : We are seeking an experienced Capture manager - Data Center LV / TFO Systems to lead technical design, sales support, and project execution for mission-critical infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in power systems, LV Fiber Optic Cabling, LV Copper Cabling and TFO LV Infrastructure solutions, with a strong ability to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders. This role requires a mix of technical proficiency, project management expertise, and client-facing engagement to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

- Provide expert-level technical guidance for the design and implementation of mission-critical electrical and LV systems, including LV Infrastructure and Containment infrastructure.
- Work closely with internal sales and engineering teams to develop tailored solutions for prospective and existing clients.
- Lead the early-stage qualification, specification, and logistics planning for data center projects.
- Support estimating efforts by reviewing project specifications and coordinating with procurement teams.
- Develop comprehensive system configurations and integration plans to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Serve as a key liaison between clients and internal stakeholders, communicating complex technical concepts to various levels, from operations to executive leadership.
- Oversee work-in-progress, including documentation, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, product ordering, shipment tracking, and project closeout.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for cross-departmental collaboration to enhance service offerings and business growth.
