We are seeking a highly motivated Metallurgy Engineering Intern to join our team for the summer of 2025. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in metallurgy and contribute to real-world projects that make a difference in the aerospace industry.

- Analyze test results, summarize data, and help prepare technical reports to present findings and recommendations for improvement.
- Work with shop floor personnel to improve routings, instructions, and overall process performance based on their feedback.
- Utilize A3 problem-solving and PDCA methodologies to address challenges and identify process improvements.
**Requirements**
- Currently pursuing a degree in Materials/Metallurgy, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering, with at least two years of college coursework completed.
- A strong interest in solidification, metallurgy, chemistry, and thermodynamics, along with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
- A creative thinker who can identify challenges and propose solutions, while working independently or as part of a team.
