We are currently seeking a IT Project Manager to join our team!
Qualifications:
- 7 years’ experience as a project manager demonstrates ownership and personal sense of urgency for solving problems, getting work done and instills the same in the project team.
- Must have banking experience
- Experience in Project Management and SDLC methodology preferably in Banks and Capital Markets domain. Knowledge of technology platforms and environments with awareness of full-technology stack; able to effectively articulate technical vision, possibilities, and outcomes
- Proactively identify and help manage issues that will take projects off schedule by identifying solution and getting stakeholder buy-in. Monitor milestones, and ensure they’re completed according to timelines; Escalate issues and risks as appropriate.
- Work closely with project sponsors and other project managers to support project delivery and execution of multiple projects of different complexity in a fast paced environment. Work with the team to identify areas to improve the efficiency of the practices and procedures used by the team and conformance to standards of tools and reporting.
- Comfortable to develop and communicate project status/dashboards to a broad set of audience including senior leadership to help them make informed decisions.
- Strong detail orientation with ability to work with ambiguity and converting it into clear and measurable deliverables
- Collaborative attitude to work with team members
