Cement Plant Maintenance Planner / 60809100k - 110kCPS Recruitment is seeking an experienced Cement Plant Maintenance Planner for a full-time, day shift role in Midlothian, TX. This position operates from 7 AM to approximately 4 PM, with flexibility for overtime as needed. Relocation assistance is available; however, sponsorship is not provided.Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure efficient and effective repairs.Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams to prioritize work and optimize scheduling.Ensure all necessary parts, tools, and safety measures are in place for planned maintenance jobs.Assist in setup for complex jobs and verify proper execution.Plan 80% of total man-hours for scheduled maintenance, including preventative and predictive maintenance routines.Prepare weekly planning meeting drafts and collaborate with supervisors for resource allocation.Maintain and organize Equipment Parts Lists (EPL) and ensure critical components are stocked appropriately.Plan and oversee annual outage work orders and coordinate with outage planners for large-scale projects.Support training and development of maintenance personnel by identifying skill gaps and arranging necessary training.Promote a safety-first culture and uphold high standards of workmanship and professionalism.Requirements : Cement plant maintenance planning experience is required.
