Working for Biltmore ENT you will be a part of a collaborative team, working alongside surgeons, specialists, and audiologists, who are committed to high-quality patient care focusing on our team-based approach when it comes to ENT, Audiology and Hearing Instrument Services.
What You’ll Do :
- Conduct diagnostic comprehensive hearing evaluations
- Provide expert counseling and patient education as part of a customized treatment plan.
- Recommend and fit hearing devices tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
- Assist with clinical administrative functions, including patient communication, documentation, and reporting.
- Ensure confidentiality and uphold company policies and procedures.
- Engage in community marketing efforts, such as health fairs, senior living events and educational outreach programs.
