Duties
- Manage daily office operations, including answering phones and greeting visitors at the front desk.
- Utilize Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications to create documents and spreadsheets.
- Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital, ensuring that all documents are easily accessible.
- Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all communications.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Support various administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and inventory management of office supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Assist in printing and assemble tax returns.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Previous experience in an administrative role or office management is preferred but not required.
- Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality documentation.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document management is advantageous.
