Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible Office Administrator to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Maintaining organized filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Maintain office policies and procedures
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Handle requests and queries such as work orders and inspection requests from project managers
  • Assist office manager in accounts payable and receivable
  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word and Excel in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • High School degree; additional qualifications as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
  • Knowledge of Foundation Software is preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
