Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible Office Administrator to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Maintaining organized filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Maintain office policies and procedures
- Provide general support to visitors
- Handle requests and queries such as work orders and inspection requests from project managers
- Assist office manager in accounts payable and receivable
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word and Excel in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- High School degree; additional qualifications as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
- Knowledge of Foundation Software is preferred but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
