Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and support Oracle Manufacturing and Supply Chain applications, including Inventory, BOM, WIP, ASCP, MRP, Engineering, Planning, and Purchasing in a discrete manufacturing environment.
- Partner with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams to understand business needs and prioritize Jira system requests.
- Collaborate with ERP Business Systems Analyst team members to create Solution Designs and perform hands-on configuration of Oracle EBS modules (12.x or higher).
- Ensure smooth integration of PLM systems with Oracle EBS for parts and assemblies (Oracle Agile PLM is a plus).
- Work with configurable BOMs, order management, and supply chain processes to optimize ERP functionality.
- Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions across various web and mobile platforms.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years as an Oracle EBS Business Systems Analyst with expertise in manufacturing and supply chain planning modules.
- Strong experience in discrete manufacturing with full lifecycle implementation experience.
- Proven ability to configure and optimize Oracle EBS modules.
- Experience integrating PLM systems with EBS (Oracle Agile PLM is a plus).
