Position: People Operations Coordinator - Full Time/Non-Exempt/Temp
Reports to Generalist, People Operations
Job Summary:
Under the direct supervision of the Generalist, People Operations, the People Operations Coordinator will support all aspects of Human Resources (People Operations). This position is responsible for the detailed coordination between all departments within Craft Culinary Concepts. Primary Job Duties:
- Supporting the Craft Culinary Concepts People Operations (Human Resources) team at the State Farm Stadium.
- Answering and directing phone calls while providing excellent customer service
- Various administrative duties including filing, scanning, ordering office supplies, setting up meetings spaces as needed, employment verifications, etc.
- Facilitate lunch check-in at State Farm Stadium
- During events, assist with check-in and check out of employees, including uniforms, and be available to help answer any questions that may arise.
- Maintain files and records effectively with all HRIS' available including updating certifications, etc.
- Helping support various projects including paperless conversion, I-9 Audit, HRIS data cleanup, etc.
- Facilitate new hire onboarding including new hire paperwork, background checks, I-9's, E-Verify, orientation, training, etc.
- Assist with recruiting and staffing as needed including job postings, job fairs, screening, scheduling interviews, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 2 years of experience within People Operations/Human Resources preferred.
- Experience in food and beverage industry, preferred.
- Experience supporting a healthy culture within an organization.
- Ability to effectively work in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities that require strong project management and decision-making capabilities and flexibility.
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Can communicate effectively with all individuals across the organization.
- Able to maintain confidential information.
- Accuracy and attention to detail required.
- Available to work on event days including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must attain a valid County Food Handler's Card on file with Craft and in your possession for each event worked.
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to eight (8) hours in length.
- Ability to lift up to 20-30 pounds on a regular basis.
- Ability to work in extreme temperature fluctuations and around excessive noise.
- Must complete all pre-employment forms and successfully pass a background check.
