In this role, you will support various HR functions while fostering a positive workplace culture and employee experience. As a People Operations Coordinator, you will assist with employee onboarding, performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and HR administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials and conducting orientation sessions.
- Support performance management processes by coordinating performance reviews and tracking employee development plans.
- Develop and facilitate employee engagement programs and initiatives to enhance workplace morale and culture.
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HR reporting and analytics.
- Help manage employee benefits administration, including answering questions and facilitating enrollment.
- Support the administration of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and consistency.
- Assist with organizing company events, team-building activities, and training sessions.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns.
- Stay informed of HR trends and best practices to continuously improve processes and strategies.

- 3 year minimum experience in related role/field
- Tech/Startup experience
- Experience in a Human Resources or People Operations role is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
Education and Experience- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in HR or People Operations roles.
