Essential Job Functions
- Conduct pre-flight inspection of aircraft.
- Pre-planning and preparation for all flights: aircraft performance, fuel requirements, weather, and airport conditions
- Greet passenger guests ensuring they feel comfortable and safe on the trip.
- Operate company aircraft in flight and ensures the highest level of safety.
- Keep aircraft cleaned, stocked, and ready for flight. Accommodates client requests.
- Oversee maintenance: schedule maintenance intervals for client, including scheduling, drop off and pick up of aircraft.
- Utilize and maintain the airplane master schedule used for the purpose of client flight scheduling.
- Maintain the flight log for the aircraft and adhere to FAA and IRS reporting standard.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Excellent organizational skills and time management skills.
- Clear communication.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Physical Requirements
- Job requires the ability to use vision, adjust focus and work on a standard computer screen.
- Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment.
- Job will require familiarity with aircraft.
- Job will require schedule flexibility – although not frequent there could possibly be a last-minute flight schedule with only a few hours of notice.
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma required. Higher education preferred.
- Airman Certificate: ATP
- Ratings: Appropriate PIC Type Rating preferred Gulfstream G280.
- Medical Certificate: First-Class, valid for ATP privileges
- Total Flight Time: 3,5000
- Multi Engine Land: 1,000
- Multi Engine PIC: 500
- Instrument: 300
- Turbine Engine: 500
- Time in Type: 200
CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP)
- First Class Medical
- FCC Radio License
