Position Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated, organized, trustworthy and loyal Pilot to join our dynamic team. As a Part 135 Pilot, you will be responsible for operating various aircraft in a safe and efficient manner, in accordance with all FAA regulations, company procedures, and industry best practices. Key Responsibilities :
Operate aircraft safely and efficiently, adhering to all FAA Part 135 regulations and company procedures.Perform pre-flight planning, ensuring the aircraft is prepared for flight, including checking weather, flight routes, fuel requirements, and ensuring the aircraft's operational readiness.Conduct thorough pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight inspections of aircraft.Communicate effectively with the flight crew, dispatch, and other operational departments to ensure smooth and safe operations.Ensure all required documentation and flight logs are accurately completed and maintained.Monitor aircraft systems during flight and troubleshoot any issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism when interacting with passengers and ground crew.Maintain current knowledge of airspace, weather, and aviation technology to enhance flight safety and efficiency.Adhere to company safety protocols and contribute to the ongoing development of a strong safety culture within the organization.Assist with ground operations as necessary, including aircraft fueling and positioning.Qualifications :
FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with Multi-Engine and Instrument ratings (ATP preferred).Minimum of 2000 hours of total flight time, with a minimum of 500 hours of pilot-in-command (PIC) time in King Airs or Turbine Multi. (specific hours can be adjusted based on company needs).Experience with King Airs or Citation Jets is a plus.Valid First or Second class Medical Certificate.Knowledge of FAA Part 135 regulations and safety standards.Ability to work irregular hours, including weekends, holidays, and overnight trips and be a team player.Excellent communication and interpersonal and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Customer service-oriented attitude and ability to handle challenging situations professionally.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in a Part 135 operation or corporate aviation.Strong familiarity with flight management systems and aviation software.Working Conditions :
Flights may require overnight stays and extended periods away from base.Ability to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing schedules.Must be able to meet physical requirements for the position, including lifting baggage, assisting passengers, and performing pre-flight inspections.Compensation and Benefits :
