Cranshaw Construction is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our team! This role offers the opportunity to work on some of the largest multi-family, mixed-use, and lab projects in the Boston area. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing project documentation, budgets, schedules, contracts, and procurement
- Coordinate between field and office teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Support subcontractor management and Procore project documentation
- Oversee closeout processes, including punch lists, warranties, and O&M manuals
- Prioritize safety and uphold Cranshaw’s commitment to quality
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in construction management (commercial GC experience preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with Procore or similar software is a plus
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to physically maneuver on a construction site
