You’ll be the one creating those “wow” moments, sharing fascinating stories about the area’s wildlife, history, and geology, and making every trip a memory to cherish.
- Safety is Part of the Thrill: As a Kayaking Guide, you’re not just leading tours—you’re ensuring every guest has a safe, enjoyable experience. You’ll become a pro at risk management, water rescues, and outdoor safety, all while keeping the vibe fun and relaxed. Don’t worry—we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
- Join a Crew of Adventure Lovers: You’ll be part of a tight-knit team that’s all about creating epic experiences. Work with like-minded people who share your passion for the outdoors, and make friends (and memories) that will last long after the season ends.

No Experience? No Problem!
We’ve got your back with flexible class sessions starting in April, May, or June—pick the one that fits your schedule! Plus, you’ll be supported by our experienced team every step of the way.
What We’re Looking For
- A positive attitude and a love for adventure.
- Great communication skills and a knack for making people feel at ease.
- A commitment to safety and professionalism (we’ll help you get there!).

- Candidates must be at least 18 years old by June 30 of the season they’re applying for.
Preferred but not required: Experience in guiding, outdoor recreation, or education—bring it if you’ve got it, but we’re happy to train the right person!
