Job Title: HR Coordinator

Salary Range: $50-$60k Benefits (flexible/based on experience) BONUS
Position Summary
We are seeking a high-performing, self-motivated HR Coordinator to join our dynamic food and beverage company. This role is ideal for a go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is eager to grow within the organization. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for executing core HR functions, running reports, presenting data, and acting as a key representative when the HR Manager is unavailable. UKG experience is a must.
Key Responsibilities: HR Operations: Manage daily HR functions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Payroll Support: Review timecards, approve time-off requests, and serve as a backup for payroll processing in UKG before final submission to the Payroll Specialist Data & Reporting: Run and analyze HR reports, track key metrics, and present findings to leadership. Employee Relations: Support employee inquiries, assist with investigations, and maintain a positive work environment. Onboarding & Training: Facilitate new hire onboarding, orientation, and ensure a smooth integration into the company. Performance Management: Assist in tracking performance evaluations and development plans. Compliance & Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure adherence to labor laws. HR Representation: Act as a trusted liaison in meetings and company events when the HR Manager is unavailable.
Qualifications: 3 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, warehouse, or food and beverage industries. Strong knowledge of UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) HRIS software and payroll processes. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision after training. Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and presenting HR metrics. Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak effectively to groups. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a high-volume HR environment. Familiarity with payroll processing beyond timecard review. Exposure to employee engagement initiatives.
