Key Responsibilities And Essential Job Functions
- Job Posting: Create and post job vacancies on various platforms such as job boards and firm external and interview websites.
- Candidate Sourcing: Actively source and identify potential candidates through resume databases, networking, referrals, and other channels.
- Screening and Selection: Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and conduct reference checks.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and interviewers, ensuring a smooth and timely process.
- Candidate and Hiring Manager Communication: Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback as needed.
- Onboarding Support: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation schedules, IT equipment, and new hire training coordination.
- Applicant Tracking: Maintain and update the Workday to keep candidate information organized and up-to-date.
- Recruitment Events: Organize and attend job fairs, campus recruitment events, and other recruiting activities.
- Reporting and Analytics: Generate recruitment reports in Excel and Workday, analyze recruitment metrics, and provide insights to improve recruitment processes.
- Travel: Coordinate and arrange candidate travel, including airline and hotel reservations.
- Search Firms: Coordinate and manage third-party recruiter contracts and activity.
- Special projects and duties as assigned.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Confidentiality, diplomacy, and responsiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 4 years of experience in a similar or corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of database management software.
- 2 years of law firm recruiting experience preferred.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
- Moderate or advanced keyboard usage.
