Base salary of $80k-$90k, plus commission ($120k-$140k Year 1 OTE)
Job Summary
The Territory Sales Representative in Houston, TX, will be responsible for driving sales growth, maintaining customer relationships, and promoting safety in the overhead crane and hoist industry. This role requires a dedicated sales professional with experience in industrial products or services.
Job Responsibilities: Conduct safety training and uphold a Safety-First mindset. Identify and sell products to new and existing customers. Document customer activities and develop the assigned territory. Prospect and engage potential clients. Meet defined sales targets. Organize sales efforts and conduct joint sales calls. Work closely with branch and project managers. Review costing and application needs for proposals. Resolve inquiries and maintain strong relationships.
Qualifications: 2 years of sales experience, preferably in overhead cranes or related industrial products/services. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms. Strong customer service, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Experience in achieving sales goals and managing a territory.
