About The Role
The Vice President of Sales will spearhead the Thermal Cameras Division, driving sales strategy, revenue growth, and market expansion. This role requires expertise in thermal imaging technology, market trends, and customer needs.
Currently, there is no team in place, but this position is expected to build one.
Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and market growth. Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team. Market Analysis: Track industry trends, competitors, and customer needs. Client Relations: Build and maintain strong partnerships with key clients. Collaboration: Work with marketing, product development, and operations teams. Reporting: Present sales performance insights to the executive team. Budget Oversight: Manage the division’s sales budget efficiently. Qualifications: Proven sales leadership experience, ideally in thermal imaging or technology. Strong knowledge of thermal camera applications (industrial, security, medical). Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
