Hybrid Remote / Office schedule:
4 Day work week. 3 Days remote from home, 1 day in Office.
Part Time. 7 hours per day. 28 hours per week.
Pay Rate $23.00 per hour.
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant with strong team player mentality and analytical thinking skills.
Responsibility includes, but are not limited to:
· Expediting the order fulfillment process.
· Data entry.
· Monitor incoming orders for distributions.
· Communicate with various customers and company divisions.
· Track availability of items for customers.
· Review daily item reports to analyze missing items.
· Create orders for items and coordinate delivery with vendor and customer.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
· Detail oriented multi-tasker with ability to meet deadlines.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to interact with customers and various divisions via phone and email.
· Customer service skills, the ability to communicate needs between vendor and customer.
· Ability to problem solve and create solutions while being creative and thinking outside of the box.
