What You Will Do
As VP of Product at iHomefinder, you will own the product strategy and roadmap, leading a high-performing team to deliver impactful product solutions that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and seamless execution of business objectives. This role is a mix of long-term vision and rapid execution, requiring data-driven decision-making and a deep understanding of SaaS product management.
Responsibilities :
- Define and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with business goals
- Own the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that drive impact on revenue, customer satisfaction, and retention
- Apply a proven SaaS growth playbook to foster customer adoption and innovation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business objectives are met
- Leverage data and market insights to inform product development and measure success
- Lead and mentor the product team, building a culture of accountability, innovation, and growth
- Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring product decisions address real-world needs
Who You Are
You are an experienced product leader with 8 years in product management roles. You have a proven track record of driving ARR growth through strategic product development and roadmap execution. With a customer-centric mindset and data-driven approach, you have successfully led high-performing teams and influenced stakeholders at all levels. You are passionate about creating impactful products and have a demonstrated ability to balance long-term vision with rapid execution in a fast-paced environment.
