This role is required to be full-time in office in Eugene, Oregon. As a result, only candidates in Eugene or surrounding municipalities should apply.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Vice President (VP) of Product plays a pivotal role in the future of our company. This role is responsible for leading iHomefinder's product team, setting the vision and strategy to accelerate growth and market leadership. You'll develop and execute a roadmap that aligns with our business objectives, driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone with deep SaaS experience, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to balance long-term strategy with rapid execution.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Product Strategy & Vision : Define and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives and growth goals.
- Roadmap Ownership : Develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring prioritization of initiatives that deliver the greatest impact on revenue, customer satisfaction, and retention.
- Growth Playbook : Apply your proven SaaS product growth playbook to drive innovation, customer adoption, and market differentiation.
- Cross-Functional Leadership : Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure seamless execution and alignment on business objectives.
- Data-Driven Decision Making : Leverage customer insights, market trends, and performance data to inform product development and measure success.
- Team Leadership : Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and growth.
- Customer-Centric Approach : Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that product decisions deliver value and address real-world needs.
- Performs other duties as requested by leadership.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

170,000 - $210,000 a year
This position if a full-time, in office opportunity based out of Eugene, OR and pays an annual salary of $170,000 - $210,000.
This position will remain open through January 31st, 2025.
