Associate Brand Marketing Manager

Our leading innovative consumer brand is seeking an Associate Brand Marketing Manager to join their team. Must be able to work a hybrid (3x a week onsite) schedule onsite in Culver City, CA. Duration: 6 Month Contract: possible extension

In This Associate Brand Marketing Manager Role You Will

• executing global marketing campaigns tied to new product launches and collaborations
• assist in creating go-to-market plans with the goal of exciting consumers and meeting business objectives
• Fostering external and internal relationships is a must in this role, partnering with internal cross functional peers, senior leadership and external partners
• Assist in developing integrated marketing plans, while working closely with cross functional teams across Media, Social, Digital, PR, Sales, Creative, and Business Affairs
• Leverage consumer insights, market conditions, and competitor data to inform marketing plans
• Develop marketing and creative briefs on Keynote with a clear and concise narrative
• Own campaign recaps and external reporting in a timely manner
• Drive follow-up and follow-through with adhoc projects and administrative tasks
  
  

The Ideal Associate Brand Marketing Manager Will Have

• Minimum 3 years in Brand Marketing with one or more category-leading brands
• World class marketing campaign experience with Tier 1 talent
• Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task under pressure in a fast paced environment
• An agile self-starter who is results oriented and able to deal with ambiguity
• Highly adaptive, able to identify issues and troubleshoot proactively
• Interest and/or experience in sports, gaming, fashion, culture, music
• Strong research skills and comfort in translating data into actionable tactics
• Calm under pressure while exuding competence and can do attitude
• Hungry and curious - eager to bring new insights, ideas and opportunities
• Communicates effectively (written and oral)
