Description : The Associate Brand Marketing Manager at our client will be responsible for executing global marketing campaigns tied to new product launches and collaborations. They will assist in creating go-to-market plans with the goal of exciting consumers and meeting business objectives. They will be required to understand the target customer and have the ability to discern what types of strategies and communication will be relevant and motivating to them and reflects organizations' brand positioning. Fostering external and internal relationships is a must in this role, partnering with internal cross functional peers, senior leadership and external partners.
Responsibilities :
Assist in developing integrated marketing plans, while working closely with cross-functional teams across Media, Social, Digital, PR, Sales, Creative, and Business AffairsLeverage consumer insights, market conditions, and competitor data to inform marketing plansDevelop marketing and creative briefs on Keynote with a clear and concise narrativeOwn campaign recaps and external reporting in a timely mannerDrive follow-up and follow-through with adhoc projects and administrative tasks
Must Have Qualifications :
Bachelor's degreeMinimum 3-5 years in Brand Marketing with one or more category-leading brandsWorld class marketing campaign experience with Tier 1 talentAbility to organize, prioritize and multi-task under pressure in a fast paced environmentAn agile self-starter who is results oriented and able to deal with ambiguityHighly adaptive, able to identify issues and troubleshoot proactivelyCommunicates effectively (written and oral)
