Influencer Marketing Manager - Remote Full-Time

Our beauty industry client is looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to join their team!

This is a full-time, direct hire position that is fully remote.

What You Need

• At least 3 years of experience in influencer/affiliate marketing, preferred beauty/skincare, hair, or DTC e-comm industry experience
• Experience with affiliate networks (ShareASale, CJ, Impact) and other influencer platforms/tools
• Contract negotiating and budget management experience for influencer campaigns
  
  

What You Will Be Doing

• Work closely with marketing team to ideate and execute campaign strategies
• Develop creative briefs and oversee content deliverables to ensure alignment with campaign objectives and brand messaging
• Identify and cultivate relationships with micro and macro influencers and content creators who resonate with the brand's target audience, diversifying campaigns, product launches, promotions, etc.
• Track, report, and provide insights on performance metrics (including ROI, CPA, and LTV)
• Strategize and make recommendations to improve campaign and initiative performances based on metrics reported
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, tools, and competitor strategies to keep campaigns and initiatives competitive and innovative
