Marketing Coordinator - RFP, Proposal Experience

Our client has an immediate need for a full time Marketing Coordinator! This onsite role is located in Grapevine, TX, and includes full-time salary, bonus potential, annual salary increase, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualified candidates will support the client's in-house marketing, sales, and proposal teams largely through writing and project management.

Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities

• Write copy for web, email, and other marketing collateral
• Coordinate various marketing projects including the development of marketing collateral
• Coordinate RFP schedules and production
• Uphold project deadlines
• Research and analyze market trends
• Coordinate and develop sales materials: binders, presentations, advertising, promotional items
• Assist in coordinating events, conferences, health fairs, etc.
• Keep promotional materials prepared and current
• Make design edits using Adobe products
• Manage RFP supply needs
  
  

Marketing Coordinator Requirements

• 1 year of experience
• Basic understanding of the proposal process
