- Schedule: Full time schedule. Schedule is concessions event dependent. Nights & weekends are required.

Job Summary
As the Concessions Supervisor, you will oversee both the retail dining services operation and concessions events, ensuring that client expectations are consistently met. You will manage staff, control food production, and maintain high service standards in a fiscally responsible manner, working collaboratively with the dining services team. You will also assist in coordinating and supervising concessions events, ensuring efficient operations and a positive experience for attendees.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities
- Concessions Event Support: Oversee concessions events, ensuring proper staffing, food quality, and timely service. Assist with event planning, logistics, and coordination to guarantee a seamless experience for customers and staff.
- Staff Management: Train and evaluate retail and concessions staff, handling scheduling, performance appraisals, and discipline. Provide support and guidance to staff to ensure high standards of service.
- Sales & Operations: Coordinate retail and concessions sales activities, forecast food needs, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with budgetary controls. Assist with the setup and execution of concessions events, ensuring smooth operations.
- Quality & Presentation: Maintain food presentation standards for both retail dining and concessions areas. Ensure cleanliness and safety protocols are followed in all service areas, including during events.
- Marketing & Customer Relations: Plan marketing initiatives for retail dining and concessions services, maintaining customer satisfaction through active engagement and service improvements. Analyze operational performance for both areas to identify opportunities for growth.
- Menu & Equipment Management: Assist with menu development, vendor selection, and ensure that both retail dining and concessions equipment is properly maintained and functioning.
