AP/AR Specialist

Our client is a well-established automotive dealership located in Boerne, TX, known for its commitment to customer satisfaction and a positive work environment. They are seeking a detail-oriented AP/AR Specialist to join their team and contribute to their continued success.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements, research discrepancies, and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Prepare and distribute customer statements, process payments, and follow up on outstanding accounts.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures, including reconciling accounts and preparing reports.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with vendors, customers, and internal departments to resolve inquiries.
  
  

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
