- Work alongside the Director of Finance and lead the accounting department with a team of direct reports
- The Controller will ensure the accounting, control, audit and administrative duties are performed effectively and efficiently
- Ensure financial information is accurately analyzed and reported to management
- The Controller will ensure forecasts, project budgets are prepared accurately and timely
- Manage, motivate and develop the accounting team
- Support contract and closing process
- Provide accuracy to the financial reports
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA designation ( )

- Knowledge of cost accounting in Construction ( )
