- Manage the accounting department and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management and stakeholders.
- Coordinate the budgeting and forecasting process, providing analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee cash flow management, including monitoring cash balances and forecasting cash needs.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors to facilitate audits and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or similar
- 5 years accounting experience
- Manufacturing/Distribution experience
- Intercompany transaction experience
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
