- CFS is working with a leader in the service industry to identify a hands-on Controller to lead their accounting department.
- Reporting directly to the CFO, the Controller will lead all accounting activities, ensure accuracy and compliance, and drive continuous improvement within the accounting department.
- Act as a vital part of the leadership team and ensure continued growth and stability!
- Oversee daily operations of the accounting department
- Oversee monthly and yearly close, financial reporting, and and audits
- Prepare cash flow analysis, financial statements, and budgets
- Maintain fixed assets and the General Ledger
- Implement and improve all accounting processes and procedures and internal controls
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, MBA preferred
- Minimum six years of senior-level accounting experience
- Thorough knowledge of GAAP
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, familiarity with Dynamics or another major ERP system
