- Provide Tier II help desk support via ticketing system, phone, email, and potentially in-person for local and remote users
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues (desktops, laptops, peripherals) and software issues (Windows OS, M365, potentially CAD)
- Manage user accounts (creation, modification, termination) primarily in Active Directory (Azure AD experience beneficial)
- Onboard new users, including setting up workstations, installing software, and deploying equipment (potentially using Intune)
- Offboard departing users, including data backup coordination and equipment retrieval
- Accurately document support activities, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Support users across multiple office locations (primarily remote support, potential for occasional reimbursed travel)
- 1-3 years of experience in a Desktop Support or Help Desk role providing Tier III level support
- Demonstrated experience using and managing tickets within an IT Service Management (ITSM) or ticketing system
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft 365 suite, and Active Directory user management. (Azure AD and Intune experience highly desirable)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for PC hardware, printers, and common peripherals
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and communicate technical information clearly
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience supporting CAD software (specifically Bentley MicroStation) is a significant plus
- CompTIA A , Network , or other relevant IT certifications are a plus
- Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work fully on-site in Cockeysville, MD, Monday-Friday
