Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance by comparing actual results to forecasts and budgets.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Partner with operations and supply chain to evaluate production costs, inventory variances, and capital expenditures.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including cost modeling and scenario analysis.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to improve profitability and cost efficiency.
- Assist with standard costing updates, inventory analysis, and cost accounting activities.
- Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analysis as requested by leadership.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or CPA/CMA a plus).
- 2–5 years of financial analysis experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of cost accounting, standard costing, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across departments.
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
