Key Responsibilities
🔹 Oversee all financial activities, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
🔹 Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize company performance.
🔹 Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls.
🔹 Lead month-end and year-end close processes with precision and efficiency.
🔹 Manage cash flow, financial reporting, and risk management.
🔹 Drive process improvements and cost-saving initiatives across the organization.
🔹 Collaborate with department leaders to align financial planning with business objectives.
🔹 Direct and mentor the accounting team, fostering growth and excellence.
What We’re Looking For
✔️ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (Required).
✔️ MBA & CPA (Preferred but not required).
✔️ 10 years of experience in finance/accounting, with manufacturing expertise.
✔️ Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, strategic mindset.
✔️ Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
✔️ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, onsite environment.
