What You’ll Do
✅ Serve as the Director of Human Resources, overseeing HR policies, compliance, and employee relations
✅ Manage ADP Workforce Now, payroll, and employee records with precision
✅ Lead benefits administration, ensuring competitive and cost-effective offerings
✅ Oversee EEOC, OSHA, and workers’ compensation investigations
✅ Develop and implement HR policies that align with industry best practices
✅ Conduct new employee orientations and exit interviews to maintain a strong workforce
What You Bring
✔ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
✔ Proven experience as a Director of Human Resources or HR leadership role
✔ Expertise in ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS platforms
✔ Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills
✔ Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism
