A very stable organization in Bloomfield is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Part-Time Senior Financial Analyst to support its financial planning and analysis (FP&A) efforts. This role is ideal for a seasoned finance professional who thrives on delivering insights and enjoys the flexibility of part-time work.

Location: Bloomfield (fully work from home)

Schedule: Part-Time, 20–25 hours per week

Compensation: $45–$60/hour

Key Responsibilities Of The Part-Time Senior Financial Analyst

• Assist in developing financial forecasts and updating existing models to inform decision-making.
• Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports for leadership review.
• Conduct variance analysis and identify trends in expenses, revenue, and profitability.
• Collaborate with the finance team to review budgets and track departmental performance.
• Provide data analysis and reporting to support ongoing projects and ad hoc requests.

Preferred Qualifications For The Part-Time Senior Financial Analyst

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
• 8 years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, or corporate finance.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or Tableau).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
