We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics and a new ERP system. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to critical finance and operational system upgrades while managing day-to-day accounting responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with a Microsoft Dynamics implementation, including data entry, report creation, G/L mapping, and payroll account integration.
- Compile and organize monthly financial reports by consolidating data from multiple sources.
- Support the preparation and analysis of budgets, including data entry, cost modeling, and reporting.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies.
- Prepare financial statements and assist with month-end and year-end closings.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Work on special projects, including finance and operational integrations, as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience; CPA certification is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with ERP system implementation is highly desirable.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
