- Reviewing and posting of A/P invoices
- Month-end close of each entity – general ledger, financial statement preparation, support schedules for each balance sheet account
- Bank reconciliations and preparing and posting journal entries
- Accruals and balance sheet review
- Compare and explain monthly variances to the budget as well as trending analysis
- 4 years of full-cycle accounting experience
- Property Management and Real Estate Development industry experience
- Strong Yardi experience
