Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Property Accountant with residential property accounting experience to manage financial operations for our residential portfolio. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle accounting for residential properties, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, budgets, and variance reports for residential properties, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee rent rolls, lease accounting, and tenant billing, ensuring compliance with residential property regulations.
- Collaborate with property managers to monitor cash flow, forecast expenses, and support annual audits for the residential portfolio.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of property accounting experience, with a focus on residential properties.
