Accounts Payable Specialist/Analyst
$55,000 - $60,000 Annually

Key Responsibilities:
- The Accounts Payable Specialist/Analyst will perform high-volume data entry and analysis of vendor invoicing and statements, including construction, AIA, and retention payments.
- Execute three-way invoice matching to ensure accuracy in processing, a key responsibility of the Accounts Payable Specialist/Analyst.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly vendor statement reconciliations and analysis, ensuring financial accuracy.
- Prepare and manage weekly credit card vendor payment registers, a critical function for the Accounts Payable Specialist/Analyst.
- Process 3-5 check registers per month efficiently and accurately.
- Collect and maintain sub waivers for projects and client payments, ensuring compliance with client-specific waiver requirements. The Accounts Payable Specialist/Analyst plays a crucial role in tracking and maintaining these records.
- Administer Truist cardholder statements, collecting receipts and entering statement information into the ERP system weekly, with monthly payments. The Accounts Payable Specialist/Analyst will ensure timely and accurate processing of these transactions.
Required Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong file version control and document management skills.
- Experience with Dexter-Chaney (Viewpoint) Spectrum is a significant plus.
Education & Experience:
- 3-5 years of related experience in accounts payable or financial operations.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (preferred but not required).
